The cooperative management of Egeskov and Ravnholt manors – called Agro-Alliancen – manages 2,110 ha farmland in Central Funen. The crops are hybrid rye, wheat and spring barley for breeding, common ryegrass, fescue, etc.

Swimming in the Great Belt at Kerteminde. Walk in Kerteminde.

- Cannabis production
Visit Katrine & Alfred’s Gartneri (Nursery) at Bellinge south of Odense. Thy have established Europe’s largest production of medicinal cannabis.
Odense has become a world leader in robot technology – lately with the new Farmdroid field robot. Visit the university’s researcher park (“Forskerparken”) and/or a place with a Farmdroid robot in action” (See: http://farmdroid.dk/en/welcome/).
- Nature restoration and cash crops
At Gyldensteen estate close to Bogense much of the land has been restored to sea and marsh. The estate grows a range of cash crops.

- New farm animal species on Funen
Ditlevsdal Bison Farm – Europe’s largest bison farm with almost 400 American bison. Winner of Bridge-Builder of the Year 2018 award from the animal protection society “Dyrenes Beskyttelse”.
Farewell dinner in Odense
